From administration and operations to outreach, communications, finance, and program development, each team member plays a vital role in ensuring the ministry runs effectively and fulfills its mission. Through their commitment, expertise, and passion for serving others, the DRC team helps coordinate initiatives, support community programs, manage daily operations, and create opportunities to impact lives. Together, they work collaboratively to strengthen the ministry's efforts and extend its reach to those it serves.

Founder-President

Founder Elizabeth Roaden began with a passion for coffee, which gave birth to a ministry through Cafecito Con Liz, where she shared her love of freshly roasted coffee with communities near and far. What started as a business became a platform for ministry, allowing her to serve others while sharing the love of Christ. With a passion for teaching and equipping believers, she later founded Prophetic University, where leaders are cultivated, discipled, and equipped to walk confidently in their God-given calling. Through biblical teaching and prophetic training, she is helping prepare the next generation of leaders for the Kingdom. In obedience to God's calling, the Lord led her to establish Deeply Rooted in Christ Ministries. Today, Pastor Elizabeth Roaden continues to faithfully build according to God's vision, raising up disciples, equipping the fivefold ministry, and empowering believers to walk deeply rooted in Christ for generations to come.

Co-Founder & Music and Sound Director

Co-Founder Brandon Roaden has a keen ear for musical melodies and a deep passion for worship. Through his love for music, the Lord revealed the logo for Project Praise, which later led to the birth of Higher Ground Productions. His heart is to use music and creative expression to glorify God and draw people into His presence.

As a faithful leader, Brandon helps guide the flock with wisdom and discernment, gently steering others away from paths that lead to harm and encouraging them to remain aligned with God's will. Through his sacrifice, dedication, and unwavering commitment, he has played an instrumental role in bringing Project Praise to life. He continues to build according to God's vision, serving with humility and helping equip others to worship God in spirit and in truth.

Executive Director and Operations

Chyaira Whitfield has dedicated her life to serving the Lord and equipping those around her for Kingdom advancement and organizational growth. She has applied her knowledge across multiple departments within the ministry, contributing to its structure, development, and overall effectiveness. With a deep love for worship and praise, the Prophetic Dance Ministry was birthed through her passion for honoring God through movement and expression. As part of Deeply Rooted in Christ Ministries, she has assumed a leadership role and faithfully dedicates her time to setting an example for upcoming leaders. Her focus is to bring order, excellence, and structure to all areas of the ministry as she seeks to establish and carry out the will of the Lord.

Director of Curriculum and Studies

Cori Henderson brings a strong biblical foundation and a passion for teaching and discipleship. She has faithfully applied her knowledge and experience to help develop and build the curriculum for Prophetic University, ensuring that its teachings remain rooted in Scripture and focused on equipping leaders for God's Kingdom. Through her sacrifice, dedication, and servant's heart, Cori has invested countless hours into helping build Deeply Rooted in Christ Ministries. She is known for her diligence, faithfulness, and unwavering commitment to serving the Lord. Her desire to see others grow spiritually and walk confidently in their calling continues to strengthen the ministry and impact the lives of those she serves.
